Long before I became a counselor, I was fascinated by people.
I've always been the person asking, "Why?" Why do people react the way they do? Why do certain environments bring out the best in someone while others slowly wear them down? Why do we keep repeating the same patterns without realizing it?
I don't just enjoy understanding people.

I don't just enjoy understanding people. I love helping people understand themselves.
Whether I'm speaking to a room full of professionals or sitting across from one person, my goal is the same: to help people see themselves in a way they never have before. Because when people truly understand who they are, they stop living by default and start living intentionally.

Growth isn't accidental.
It comes from understanding yourself, recognizing your patterns, and intentionally practicing a different way forward.
That's the work I love.

I help people gain the clarity to make confident decisions about careers, relationships, leadership, and life's biggest transitions. Together, we discover what energizes you, what holds you back, and what kind of life actually fits who you are.
I don't believe the goal is to become someone else. I believe it's to become your most authentic self.

I don't believe the goal of therapy is to tell you who you should become. I believe it's to help you reconnect with who you already are.
Somewhere along the way, many of us become disconnected from ourselves. We lose sight of what energizes us, what matters most, and the life we actually want to build.

Somewhere along the way, many of us become disconnected from ourselves. We lose sight of what energizes us, what matters most, and the life we actually want to build.
My role isn't to give you all the answers. It's to ask the right questions, challenge your perspective, uncover the patterns you may not see, and help you discover answers that already exist within you. Because when you reconnect with yourself, you stop living by default and start living intentionally.
My approach is conversational, interactive, and action oriented. I'll challenge you, encourage you, and help you recognize patterns you may have never noticed before. Together, we'll build the clarity and confidence to make decisions that feel true to who you are.
